Fulmar is a modern semi-detached, three storey property situated in an exclusive development in a super location just a five minute walk from the quay, and perfect for a relaxing holiday in this popular coastal town.

The cottage is modern and comfortable, bright and cheerful. It is ideal for families and is well-equipped throughout, with the wonderful added bonus of a beach hut for guest use.

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town and home to expansive sandy beaches, protected by a vast pinewood forest, decorated with the biggest and best blue sky on a kindly sunny day.

Stroll to the beach at Wells and along to the highly commended Holkham Beach (awarded Best Beach in Britain) and discover the famous beach huts parading themselves in such a fabulous location!

The lovely beach hut on Wells beach is extremely well equipped with chairs, table, wind break, toys and games, cups, plates & cutlery, kettle & gas ring and much more.
This property is not suitable for very young children, as there is limited room for cots and two flights of stairs with no stair gates.
